Astronomical photography captures objects and celestial events, including dim stars, nebulae, and galaxies. This type of photography requires sophisticated techniques and optimum locations. David excels on both counts – he often photographs from his personal observatory in the mountains of Chile, and he is a master of the methods and processes needed to create extradinary astral photographs, and his images are spectacular!
