Creative member slideshows compete for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place. Voting live by Club members in the audience. CH 7. 6:30PM refreshments.

By bus to amazing Balboa Park or SD Zoo – museums, restaurants, Japanese garden, architecture, botanicals. Reserve last seats!

The Camera Club provides photography services for ALL Laguna Woods Village residents and guests, including classes, competitions, critiques, matting, printing, scanning, showcases, tutoring, trips and more.

Critiques & Showcases

The Club conducts five (5) Digital Critiques per year, judged by professional photographers. Members may submit, or listen-in. View schedules, rules, and special subjects on the Critiques page

Showcases
Showcase presentations ”Bring the World to the Village”. Open to resident non-members, and guests. View schedule and subjects on the Showcases page

Education

Camera Club classes and workshops for photography, computer software, mounting, matting, printing, and more, are oriented to both new and experienced photographers – almost 50 classes each year!

Saddleback College Emeritus classes also utilize the Photo Lab facility.

Photo Lab / Resources

Photo Lab: the Lab in Clubhouse 4 has photography equipment and supplies for use by members and Village residents, guided by our knowledgeable supervisors. Details on the Photo Lab / Resources Page

Trips: the Club provides four (4) trips per year for members and guests. Members may also submit their own trips for Club to promote. submit your ideas on the Trips web page.

Photo Lab Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00AM-2:00PM, Tuesdays 10:00AM-8:00PM
