All members and guests are welcome to attend.
The annual meeting allows the Board to present the progress and achievement of the Club since the previous October, along with planned initiatives for the coming year.
Voting by members will occur if more than one member is standing for a single Board position,
The Board and Committee reports will be presented, current and new projects will be discussed, time will be allocated for questions and discussion.
